Anant's Anprashan

On 23rd March my sweetoo had his food for the first time.Till now we have only given milk to him nothing else. In our family it is a ritual that when a baby gets 6 months old we had a ceremony known as "Anprashan" which means now a baby can eat grain food. We gave him sweet sweet Kheer to eat. But he does not eat it as he was not taking it earlier. We introduced him with kheer and puri the very day.

Lets come on the ceremony of "anprashan", his grandparents bought him a pair of new dress and he looked so good in that i can't tell. Will put his picture here as soon as i get it. He was wearing white Kurta, orange Dhoti, orange cap with some work and orange jacket with beads work.

He started sitting with support in the month of March and by 20th March he started sitting by his own. That was another milestone acheived by my sweetu baby.

We had havan at our home and few relatives were also present at that time. Everybody blessed my baby and presented gifts. The whole day was really busy and we have to do preparations to come back to Gurgaon from Alwar.

At the end of the day we took him to the doctor for regular check up. Usually he sleeps by 11 but that day don't know why sleep was miles away from his eyes. He was playing with me and his father was feeling sleepy because whole day was tiresome and in the morning he has to drive car.

At last by 12:30 By little angel Anant went to sleep. My sleeping beauty.
